- Items must be returned within 8 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item should also be in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Items that are damaged are eligible for return or exchange.
- Items that are damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
3. Return Process

3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange. Follow the same process as a return, and once we receive your item, we will ship the replacement.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items and provide a replacement or a full refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as processing may take some time.

8. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
